About Me.

I am a social work clinician and mom of 3 with extensive experience supporting adults, children, youth, and families through life’s most complex and sensitive challenges. With a background in adult and children’s mental health, I bring a compassionate, practical, and evidence-informed approach to my work. My practice is grounded in a deep respect for each person's lived experience and the belief that meaningful change is possible when people feel seen, heard, and supported.

I’ve had the opportunity to live and work in Israel, Finland, Sweden, and Ireland. These international experiences have enriched my perspective and shaped my ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Working across diverse cultures has taught me to approach every individual and family with cultural humility and curiosity.

Whether I’m helping families navigate high-conflict dynamics, supporting children in finding their voice, or walking alongside individuals seeking clarity and healing, my goal is always the same: to create a safe and collaborative space for growth. I’m here to do something different with you—something grounded, respectful, and tailored to your needs.
